Overview
Architectural BIM Modeling (LOD 200–500)
We develop intelligent Architectural BIM models across every project stage, from conceptual design (LOD 200) through design development, construction documentation, fabrication-level detailing, and as-built deliverables (LOD 500). Every model is created with accurate geometry, construction information, materials, and BIM data to support coordination, documentation, visualization, quantity extraction, and facility management throughout the project lifecycle.
Architecture–Landscape Interface Coordination
The transition between architecture and landscape is one of the most coordination-sensitive areas of any project. We carefully coordinate finished floor levels, external paving, entrances, terraces, ramps, stair connections, podium decks, retaining walls, planters, waterproofing interfaces, expansion joints, drainage systems, and accessibility requirements. By resolving these interfaces during the BIM process, we minimize costly site adjustments and ensure seamless integration between buildings and surrounding landscapes.
Multi-Discipline BIM Coordination
Our coordinated BIM workflow integrates Architectural, Structural, Civil, Landscape, and MEP models into a unified environment. Using advanced coordination techniques and clash detection, we identify and resolve conflicts involving structural elements, mechanical systems, electrical services, plumbing, ceilings, façades, utility corridors, and architectural finishes before construction begins. This proactive approach significantly reduces rework, improves project efficiency, and enhances construction quality.
IFC Model Management & Open BIM
We support Open BIM workflows through clean, standards-compliant IFC model management, enabling seamless collaboration between Autodesk Revit and other BIM platforms. Our models are carefully prepared for reliable data exchange, preserving geometry, object properties, classifications, and project information while ensuring compatibility across multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Quality Assurance & Technical Validation
Every BIM deliverable undergoes a comprehensive quality assurance process before issue. Our QA/QC procedures verify modeling accuracy, levels, dimensions, object consistency, naming conventions, family standards, parameter completeness, view organization, documentation quality, and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) compliance.
