LOD 200–500 Landscape Modeling
We deliver progressive Landscape BIM models throughout every stage of the project lifecycle, from early concept development (LOD 200) to fully coordinated, fabrication-level models (LOD 500). Hardscape BIM Modeling

Each component is created using real construction dimensions, materials, slopes, expansion joints, and installation details rather than simplified placeholder geometry, enabling accurate coordination, quantity extraction, and construction documentation.
Softscape BIM Modeling
We develop intelligent BIM models for planting beds, trees, shrubs, groundcovers, lawns, green roofs, bioswales, rain gardens, and other landscape planting systems. Planting layouts are coordinated with grading, irrigation, drainage, lighting, and utility networks to ensure practical installation, long-term plant health, and compliance with the landscape design intent.
Irrigation & Underground Utility Coordination
Landscape projects often involve congested underground service corridors. Our BIM workflow coordinates irrigation pipelines, valves, controllers, sleeves, drainage systems, electrical conduits, communication ducts, water supply networks, and other buried utilities to eliminate conflicts before construction begins. Early coordination minimizes excavation changes, protects critical infrastructure, and significantly reduces construction risk.
Construction-Ready Landscape Shop Drawings
We produce highly detailed shop drawings directly from the coordinated BIM model, ensuring complete consistency between the model and construction documentation. Deliverables include layout plans, setting-out drawings, sections, elevations, enlarged details, planting plans, irrigation layouts, hardscape details, schedules, dimensions, annotations, and installation references that contractors can confidently build from.
BOQ Extraction & Quantity Take-Offs
Our intelligent BIM models generate accurate quantity take-offs for paving materials, kerbs, retaining walls, concrete works, planting areas, irrigation pipelines, fittings, valves, lighting fixtures, site furniture, and landscape accessories. These model-based quantities support reliable cost estimation, tender preparation, procurement planning, budgeting, and material tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Navisworks Clash Detection & BIM Coordination
Using Autodesk Navisworks, we perform systematic clash detection between Landscape, Architecture, Structure, Civil, and MEP disciplines. Our coordination process identifies geometric conflicts, clearance issues, underground utility clashes, access problems, and construction sequencing challenges before work reaches the site. Detailed clash reports and coordinated resolutions help reduce rework, improve construction efficiency, and maintain project schedules.
