Dubai Hills Mall

The indoor roller coaster at Dubai Hills Mall is known as The Storm Coaster, one of the world’s fastest vertical-launch indoor roller coasters. Located inside the mall’s central atrium, it integrates high-speed track systems within a multi-level retail environment.

From a technical and coordination perspective, the coaster structure required precise integration with the building’s architectural framework, structural systems, MEP services, and safety infrastructure. The project demonstrates complex spatial coordination within a confined indoor commercial environment, making BIM coordination and clash detection critical for successful execution.
