Overview

Structural BIM Modeling (LOD 200–400)

We develop highly accurate Structural BIM models from conceptual design (LOD 200) through detailed coordination and construction documentation (LOD 400). Our models include foundations, footings, pile caps, columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, retaining walls, stair structures, structural framing, podium decks, and other load-bearing elements. Every component is modeled with precise geometry and engineering information to support multidisciplinary coordination, construction planning, and fabrication.

Landscape–Structure Interface Coordination

Landscape and structural elements often intersect in complex areas such as podium decks, rooftop landscapes, retaining walls, planters, water features, staircases, ramps, and external paving. We coordinate finished levels, waterproofing build-ups, soil depths, structural openings, drainage interfaces, planting zones, and hardscape assemblies to ensure seamless integration between structural systems and landscape design while minimizing construction conflicts.

Multi-Discipline Structural Coordination

Our structural models are integrated with Architectural, Landscape, Civil, and MEP disciplines within a coordinated BIM environment. We verify structural openings, embeds, sleeves, penetrations, equipment supports, utility crossings, and service clearances to ensure all disciplines work together without compromising structural integrity or constructability.

Clash Detection & Coordination

Using Autodesk Navisworks and advanced BIM coordination workflows, we perform systematic clash detection between structural components and architectural, MEP, landscape, and civil models. Potential conflicts involving beams, columns, slabs, retaining walls, underground structures, foundations, utility corridors, and service penetrations are identified and resolved before construction begins, reducing costly site modifications and project delays.

Construction-Ready Structural Documentation

Our coordinated BIM models generate accurate structural shop drawings, general arrangement drawings, foundation layouts, reinforcement references, sections, elevations, connection details, setting-out information, dimensions, schedules, and construction notes. These deliverables provide contractors with reliable documentation that supports efficient execution on site.
